We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Most of our items are custom, made-to-order garments. If you absolutely need items for a specific date/event, send us an email and we'll try to accommodate with optional turnaround times.
Our limited, in-stock items are reserved for individuals and small orders. Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery (subject to change based on our in-house factory queue). For bulk orders (more than two of any size), please 2-8 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the New Street Order newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.

Note that the 7 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.
